How to care for Mintaka jewelry?

Mintaka’s jewelry is hand crafted with glass stones and gold plating. Like all treasures, it must be handled as such. All plated jewelly does lose a bit of it’s color over time. However with proper care your Mintaka pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.

How to extend the life of your gold plated jewellery?

– Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup.

– Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising.

– Store in a soft pouch separate from other jewelry.

– Clean your plated jewelry gently, and don’t rub it.

– Store in a cool, dry place; preferably within the packaging we send you.

How do I care for my clothing?

All fabrics have their natural life cycle, and at Mintaka, we hope our designs last you a long time. Improper washing and ironing techniques on your clothing may lead to shrinkage, color bleed, or stretch. However, we provide soft, comfortable, natural, and breathable materials to make you feel and look amazing.

Exchanges & Returns

It doesn’t fit, can I exchange it?

Certainly! If you’re not happy with your purchase we offer free when requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charges will apply.

Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not offer refunds on purchases made at Mintaka. All purchases are final.

However, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed we will issue a refund within 15 working days.

Do you provide any warranties?

Yes, our products are handmade with the utmost care, and are made to be timeless pieces in your wardrobe. Our jewelry is certified rust-free. This also implies that the warranty does not cover missing goods, scratches caused by regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any external modification to your product.

Shipping & Delivery

I can’t wait! How soon before I can step out with my newest style?

Soon! We typically ship within 2-3 working days of receiving an order. Thereafter, it will usually take between 1-7 days to reach you depending on your location. We’ll send you an email with tracking details when it’s en route.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your beautiful pieces will reach you completely free of charge on all carts above Rs. 3,000! We’ll even do our best to include some freebies for you! Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. Cash On Delivery is not available at the moment.

How will my items be delivered?

Our products are safely packed and labeled in hard boxes and covered to be tamper-proof and undamaged when they reach you. If you’re delivering a gift, let us know, and we’ll customize the order for you to make your delivery special.
